In addition to the very useful demonstration of healthy vegetarian recipes you prepared, we were extremely impressed by the very comprehensive manuals you prepared for the nursery kitchen, which covered all aspects of kitchen health and safety, management and operations. These I have no doubt will prove an invaluable resource to our kitchen staff as well as the nursery manager. The inspirational menus and recipes you provided have already proven a great success with both cooks and children alike.

Being new to the world of managing my own business, I have been lucky enough to become a member of the Festival Chapter of BNI.

Initially upon joining the group I was a little skeptical about how it would work for me, however over the past few months it has become blatantly obvious that I have needed more than a little assistance to move my business forward.

The first thing I set out to do upon creating my business was to write a brochure outlining the services Oracle Catering can provide, and to be honest I believed that I had done a reasonable job of it.

How wrong I was, after approaching Tim Mulkern (Chase Design & Communications) and having an enlightening one to one it became apparent that “A LITTLE KNOWLEDGE IS DANGEROUS”

Tim kindly reviewed my “so called brochure” and gave me some much needed feedback & advice.

He recommended that I had a one to one with Johnny regarding the content within my brochure, I had very little idea at this point what a copy writer actually did, but after my liaising with Johnny he took my brochure and completely dissected it and came up with an outstanding replacement which is not only more informative, professional and concise but much easier to understand.

Having used Word Stuff for this project I will have no hesitation in using, and referring their services in the future.

Upon setting up my business in April 2010 and joined the Chichester Chapter of The BNI.

The members of the chapter have all been very supportive and have given me guidance and advice with regards to managing my fledgling business.

Tim whom I met through The BNI and I decided that my business needed “Rebranding” and although I had attempted to design a logo and a brochure, it was not of the quality required.

To address we set up a meeting to discuss my requirements, but being new to all of this I needed to use his experience, advice and guidance.

Tim took the time to understand both the needs of me, and my business. Tim then set about creating both a new “Brand” and a new company brochure for me.

Within a short space of time both were completed and I revisited him to discuss any issues or changes, however due to the fact he took the time to fully understand my needs, no changes were necessary. The fact is he did a superb job, incorporating all of my requests and added a few professional touches I had not considered.

Over the past few months Tim has kindly been on hand for me, not only as a designer but as a “mentor” offering advice and assistance in all sorts of aspects of my business, and for this I am truly grateful.

I would have no hesitation in using Chase Design in the future as and when I need quality, professional, inspirational design and will be highly recommending his services to both colleagues and friends alike as I am confident that they will be as impressed as I am.
